Our Return Policy
We make every effort to accomodate our customer's needs. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us before you ship the item back. We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Defective goods and shortages must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of goods. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned merchandise that is not defective.
SMALL PURCHASES OF WRAPPED BUNDLES ONLY ARE REFUNDABLE
These consist of 5 to 10 log bundles that the client can return back to us and shipments must be go back to us at the customers expense before credit can be applied. Shipping cost on all of our products either ground, express or USPS is not refundable.
ALL BULK PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE
These consist of larger quantities of wood like full cords, half cords and quarter cords of firewood.
